Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer:

• Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
• A small additional charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS which can be used to track your order status.

Damaged Packages
