At DreamTees, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacements in the following situations:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged product received
• Size issue (subject to availability)
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement Process
To request a replacement:

Attach clear photos of the product
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for replacement:
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Original packaging must be available
• Product must not be damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
• Products damaged after use
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed return period
Refunds
Currently, DreamTees primarily offers product replacement instead of refunds. Refunds may be issued only in special cases where replacement is not possible.
Processing Time
Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
